Noticing the resent amount of new members we've been getting recently I decided to make this thread to help them feel a little more at ease with posting. So here is a place for all of you new members to introduce yourself, ask questions and tell us a little about yourself. Not like name and age and location unless you want to; but more like like a simple introduction about you and anything you might specialize in anything like programming or art or composing music. Well you get the idea. Just a simple hello.

Lol, introduction node. I didn't even think of that. I put this here in hopes that it would get some activity from new users but we only have 1 post here from a new user.

We still getting more new users than posts in this thread. That's ok though they still have plenty of time for the lot of them to come around, after all the site was down for a good week.

Hello. I am a person who has too much free time on my hands and is into inexplicable and unusual forms of humor. Like do animal rights activist eat animeal crackers? save a tree eat a beaver. If you are wondering yes my avatar is glyde.exe from MMBN. I am also a fan of the Legends glyde (why am I his only fan atleast I am a better fan than anyone else).

My life plans are to go to college after I get out of high school then go to law school. So that I can take the bar and then upon passing become a lawyer. I do like hot places. It can never get too hot. I sometimes fantasize about dieing of heat in a desert (no I am not a massichist I just love the heat and it seems like the best way to go).

I am a pretty lonely person. I am homeschooled so you can imagine I don't have very many friends. Although my posts may seem weird for some kid I live a very sheltered life. For anyone who is curious no I am not suicidal. I may be bored or depressed but not suicidal so you don't have to worry about the day that some guy comes here and tells you I killed myself with a rusty screw driver.

I don't listen to music. I could explain why but I don't care too. Besides my good reasons I don't really like noises. They are only here to reveal my presence. Sadly it is our way of communicating so I am stuck with noise. With the exception of online I am not very outspkoken. IRL you would be lucky if I was in the same room for a long period of time to get more then a few sentences out of me. I spend most of my time in my room spending often times nearly entire days without saying much more then hi to one of my parents. Fore some reason I like talking about myself and my feelings. But I don't feel comfortable about telling people what I feel like in real life. Whenever I have an emotion which is rare I sometimes tell a friend but I don't really feel that much. I think i'll stop right now I have probably already said more then most would bare to read.

For Opera, make sure that you do NOT have it set to report itself as IE. Due to bugs in IE, we actually detect your web browser, and we send a different stylesheet for IE users designed to work around those bugs. However, that stylesheet does not work on browsers which don't have said bugs (such as Opera). So, you want Opera to report itself as Opera, not IE.
