This is a location theme I wrote, maybe for a portion of the world map, or a town/ location. It's based on two melodies that seem to work together well, with a slighty strange modulation that gives the piece a non traditional feeling. The two themes are also heard in the other untitled song I've uploaded (Untitled Work 1).

This is very relaxing! It could work for an alternate world map theme or a town theme. Maybe it could be used for Enna's home town? It has a very earthy sound to it with the flute and the guitar. Nice atmosphere and the melody is well laid out. This one works well without becoming campy. Reminds me a bit of FF9. (the melody style)I can tell some thought went into this one. Good work. Abit repetitive, but a good peice to be sure. I can see this as a town theme as I said, or an area theme of a woody/earthy setting.

Good peice! Well laid out, and not overdone, yet not understated either. A nice relaxing way to set some atmposhere without overdoing it. Good job here.

Earthy, yeah, that fits. Yeah, a relaxing melody with a slight twinge of meloncholy was my aim here. Nothing too fancy. And the melody, FF IX?!? I get this weird Tenchi Muyo! vibe, which comes from the guitar/ flute combo that you hear so often in the series. And I realized that without the harmonies, it sounds nearly Identical to D's theme, from the original Vampire Hunter D. But I can see where you get the FF IX feeling, though. Similar instrumentation to Dali Village theme.

Great work, like mentioned above it would be great for a small town. Not the world map though, because its not something I would want to listen to for a long time. A small town would be perfect.

Wow. I thought that it did sound very much like Vampire Hunter D myself, but the guitar took away from that, but thats not a bad thing, it added more taste to the peice and did kind of give it that FF IX feel. Some parts could use a second flute or maybe even a saprano or alto saxophone to add more harmony and comfort. Overall wonderfully done and very good.

I dont know If youve removed this or updated this or whatnot but this really IS a slight remix to a FF7 song, I think...

Er the first 25 seconds really are, I cant tell for the rest

No it isn't. It sounds FF7-esqe, surely, but I know my FF music, and this is not the same.

Wow, I don't remember hearing this song...

This reminds me of old-school FF's =)

I saw this work with Enna's hometown too, but with the intro as is, I think this song would work like: for the first time entering, you would see a flashback or something for Enna, and from then on the later part of the song would repeat itself and be nice, gentle, relaxing town music. I like it alot, one of those songs I could just lie down and listen to to relax (at least...fully orchestrated ;) )
