title.mid (Fluid R3 Rendering)
Download: [ogg]

This is a rendering of title.mid that I think dev made. I chose Fluid R3 rather than FoI's soundfont because I thought it sounded _much_ better (plus this font didnt have wierd cutting of instruments on some songs). This is just a half-bitrate sample of whats to come...

I only plan to render a few of the more official-sounding ones. Of course i'll be taking requests =P.

( If you need an ogg player go here: http://www.vorbis.com/download.psp )

hmm. When I clicked on d/l I got lines of Binary Data . You'll need to click 'save as' and go from there.

EDIT: That better, Temp? :p

No no no! That's no what code looks like! This is what code looks like:

#include <iostream>

int main()
{
   cout << "Hello World!" << endl;
   return 0;
}

:P

Seriously, though, what you saw was raw binary data. I guess the server thinks that OGG files are text (which is not really under my control). So, yeah, right-click and choose "save as".

Temp reminded me how the instrument sets aren't the same as the artist intended. I went throught the songs and I found opening.mid has some sfx midi of lightening in the beginning and through the song. With Fluid R3 that lightening turned into ocean waves... go figure =/. So there will be minor descrepencies in a lot of the songs I render, but overall I think the instruments are better and clearer. Just thought you guys should know. =P

Well I think that Dev's original mp3 sounded a lot of better than this. Especially the woodw?nds and strings. Maybe you should render the midi's which haven't yet been rendered? =)
