[14:42:38] Dev: We could certainly use more visual artists, but I want to shift our work focus more seriously to gameplay.

[14:43:12] Stix: How 'bout Cap'n Vimes designs the dungeons, and I can do the towns? Or not. It depends on if we can find someone more qualified to do towns and such.

[14:45:27] Stix: The difficulty of certain things, what kinds of weapons and tools are granted the characters, and in what ingenius ways they can be implemented that make the players go, "Ohhh..so that's how--" etc etc

[14:46:29] Dev: Okay, see the problem is ... we know what sort of game we're designing. We know GENERALLY how things are going to work, but no one has really done a major job of tackling the specifics.
[14:46:36] Stix: There were a lot of good ideas on the forum..
[14:46:43] Stix: Concerning Morphing... but nothing is solid.
[14:47:12] Dev: There are a few things we know for sure because of the story. I think morphing is all we've talked about much because it's the most emminent one.

[14:47:47] Stix: The first - no, the SECOND thing that came up that is probably important to the story is Brooke's Ability. And that doesn't come up until part II.
[14:48:24] Captain Vimes: So we should take some time to flesh out, say, the other abilities, right?
[14:48:32] Dev: Right. Brooke is character #7 ... there are six before her we've hardly touched.
[14:49:07] Stix: I should stop stating the obvious and contribute something by now.
[14:49:19] Dev: Not that we have to work chronologically, though that seems to be how story contributions have focused.
