I think that at section five of "The Outset" might consist of running into some of the terrorist group members. Possibly to help them or to fight them, depending on where the rest of the story is heading. Depending on if the group is joining the terror group or if they are fighting it. (I haven't read the rest of part one or any of the other parts as it goes yet.
