Also known as the "city of nomads," Daccha Vira is sprawled out along a broad bay. At one point, it was a small village of sparsely placed buildings that didn't amount to much. At gameplay, it has become a refuge for the survivors of the war. Many social rules have been thrown right out the window, turning the city of shacks and dirty buildings into a free-for-all game of survival. Gangs of thieves often make camps around the perimeter of the city, waiting for a returning traveler or a caravan to come by.

On the outskirts of Daccha Vira is Paerda's bungalow.
