Part I is finalized, and the format is pretty readable. The other three parts are in the process of being revised, and they have formatting problems.

I stripped away v3.3's old links and pop-ups, and instead placed all "HotWords" in square brackets. Maybe they'll later be used by v4PM. This was just a 20-second thing, so no sweat. If you're pasting from somewhere else, don't worry about it.
