It says: "Hey! Look out! The story section is on the move!"

Also, don't forget that tomorrow, Friday, September 19th at 3 pm Pacific, 6 pm Eastern, and 11 pm UK we'll be holding another weekly meeting in same ol' Fate of Io AIMer chat. Hope peoples can make it.

I'm not sure what all we need to cover in the agenda, so if anyone (::cough::Temp::cough::) has anything to add to this, please do.

1.0 Review and breakdown the overall plan for the story section.
2.0 Review and breakdown the overall plan for the gameplay section (there will be one, I assume).
3.0 Find out what people are most interested from items 1 and 2 above and start working on it. :P

Isn't this agenda just so detailed and perfectly arranged? I thought so.

I think it would be most useful to use the meetings as brainstorming sessions. For example, here's what I have on my list to cover tomorrow:

- Decide if character advancement should be earned or be plot-based.
- Brainstorm stats which characters should posess (numerical stuff, like hit points, strength, speed, etc.)

Might have some other stuff too. The point of the meetings, I think, should not be to present completed work -- that is best done on the forums -- but to generate new ideas.

I have classes for a few hours, then I'll be back and we'll have our meeting.

One thing I forgot to add, and it's really a very practical issue: where do we want to put all those old concept sketches? I think we should have access to them (technically we do, but not integrated with v4), but should they all go in a subfolder of the illustration section? Should they be sorted into their appropriate nodes in the story section? I'd like to hear what others think is most intuitive.

Hmm... Maybe it's just me, but I think 6 lines is a bit too long for a sig. :P

Ok - chat has ended. An amazingly informative and progressive meeting took place with alot of Eumonetic stuff sorted and clarified. The original agenda wasn't touched, though =P. I won't give too much away in here so I have the chat log in HTML format for easy reading if you wish to read what went on.

If you do not want to trail through hundreds of chat dialogue, I don't blame you. The articles and diagram/s will be published (hopefully) by the end of the week, so 'stay tuned, folks!'

Temp: I know you don't like external stuff like this but I had no where else to put it. This was the only way I saw available.

Actually, the agenda in this new post was for last week's chat. We didn't have a new post for this week... since we're doing these weekly now, I'm not sure if it's necessary.
